Refund policy

Please contact us at info@harbor-hue.com to request a return. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your hat. All return mailing charges are customer responsibility and must be shipped back in original box & polybag. Please see detailed instructions below: 

1. All items must be returned back to Harbor & Hue, 4901 Morena Blvd Suite 1112 San Diego, CA 92117 
2. Please email us at info@harbor-hue.com to request a return and with a photo of inside the hat to confirm it is unworn without any stains, wear or damage. 
3. All items being returned must be in brand new condition in the same polybag & box they were shipped in, no exceptions. 
4. Once we receive and inspect the return and find no damage, makeup or stains we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 3 weeks. 
5. All custom items or sale items are Final Sale. 

Kindly Note - We do not accept any returns on worn or damaged items
